Brunner

Chief Executive Officer

Felix is in charge of managing the overall operations and resources of the company, focusing in particular on providing the right assets, the right skills and the right backing from within Migros Group to hugely accelerate the scaling of the portfolio ventures. He also voluntarily runs up mountains.

Timo
Hahn

Chief Venture Officer

Timo is responsible for the operational aspects of the ventures, bringing them together with the venture teams, from idea to startup to scaleup. He takes mountains as something new to explore, a new path to travel.

Angela
Higgs

Head of Talent

Angela is responsible for the entire employee lifecycle and has a holistic approach to talent management. Creative and pragmatic, her passion lies with developing, driving, and implementing talent programs and solutions that ensure a great experience for all Sparrows - from attracting, assessing, and hiring over to developing and retaining the top talents within our team. Going up to the mountain involves for her to chase after her kids, who - just like herself, only go up if there is a SchniPo and ice cream waiting at the end.

Chief financial Officer

Lorenz is responsible for all financial matters, legal, compliance as well as our investment and acquisition practice. He loves mountains that are too steep to run up.

Nowak

Head of Communications

Imke is responsible for developing, driving and implementing all communications activities while working collaboratively across teams to build awareness and positive exposure that bring the story of Sparrow and its ventures to life. No running up the mountains for her. It's better for skiing down and enjoying Cüplis during Aprés-Ski.

Schöning

Head of Growth

Julius heads the Growth Team, which develops and executes the best possible commercialization of each venture we build at Sparrow Ventures. As for mountains: Between the beautiful and the sublime, he will always choose the latter.

Chief Venture Architect (A.i.)

Jan is responsible for early stage support and grooming of the ventures, so they can successfully take their first steps and then unleash their full potential to scale. In theory, he sees a point in running up a mountain if there is a restaurant serving cold beer on top. In practice, he prefers taking the cable car.

Strametz

Head of Technology

Walter acts as the startup CTO for our ventures, from IT architectures to technology vision and building MVPs. He actually likes running or biking up mountains as an outdoor workout, but prefers to ski down for fun.

Fabian
Wabbel

Head of Product

Fabian is responsible for supporting the product and design team in building and launching exceptional products while ensuring continuous innovation in product processes and tools. In regards to mountains: It is hiking up in the summer and snowboarding down during winter for him.
